OUR STORY
The Brott Company is a private real estate investment firm founded in 1974 with offices in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Through in-depth market knowledge and expertise in all aspects of the investment management process, The Brott Company has paid dividends to investors every month for the past forty-three years.
Our investments comprise more than 1 million square feet of net leasable space, spanning the markets of multifamily apartments, office, retail and self storage.
The cornerstone of our business model is meeting the high expectations of our tenants.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Current Cash Flow. The foundation of our investment philosophy is the acquisition of commercial real estate properties with current cash flow.
Conservative Financing. To help protect investor capital, we are conservative in how we structure our deals. Our typical deals use long-term, fixed rate financing.
Local Focus. We only invest where we know the market. Having lived and worked in New Mexico for more than forty years, our principals are intimately familiar with market trends, participants and needs.
Management For The Long Haul. Our principals continually monitor the performance of each property, overseeing the upkeep of each asset to ensure its longevity. Each property is treated as a long-term investment and managed with the assumption that we will hold it for ten years or more.
